BalticMiles Homepage Now Available in Finnish

The homepage of the BalticMiles programme, which is a loyalty programme organised by the Latvian national airline airBaltic, is now available in Finnish, supplementing its availability in Latvian, English, Russian, Estonian, Lithuania and German.

Tero Taskila, Chief Commercial Officer of airBaltic: “Finland is the most rapidly growing market for airBaltic. Each month passenger numbers have increased by around 300%. Because of the increasing number of BalticMiles clients in Finland, we decided to offer the programme’s homepage in Finnish, too.

Because airBaltic has been successful in providing services to 80 destinations in Europe, the CIS and Middle East, it has become Latvia’s largest exporter. In 2010, airBaltic believes, it will contribute 8% of total Latvian exports.”

airBaltic offers flights in Finland from 10 cities – Helsinki, Lappeenranta, Tampere, Turku, Oulu, Kuopio, Vaasa, Kuusamo, Rovaniemi, and Kittila.

BalticMiles is the first loyalty programme to bring together a number of companies in the Baltic and Nordic region.
