The second international “North Hub Riga” conference organised by the Latvian national airline airBaltic will be held at the Radisson Blu Latvia Hotel on June 9.

airBaltic President and CEO Bertolt Flick: “In 2009, Latvia was the fastest growing country in the European Union by airline passengers. The conference will allow leaders from European airlines and airports, manufacturers, legislators and politicians to share experiences and views about challenges, which the aviation industry is facing, also discussing future prospects for airports and airlines.

Confirmed as delegated to the conference are people from such airlines as Air Berlin, Carpatair and Lufthansa, as well as from the aircraft manufacturer Airbus. More than 200 participants form nearly 30 countries in Europe, the CIS and the Middle East have registered for the event.
