Restaurant Amber at Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga launches new concept of «Sunday Family Brunch»

Latvia’s first five-star luxury Kempinski Hotel and its all-day dining restaurant Amber launch an elegant Sunday brunch for families with children.

A traditional breakfast buffet, which, according to the Kempinski brand’s guidelines, consists of 80 different food items, will be complemented by sophisticated seafood, a breathtaking desserts offer and seasonal dishes.

An open kitchen with live-cooking station will offer our guests the city’s most delicious scrambled eggs or famous Eggs Royale, made in front of their eyes, with an accompaniment of live music.

The Kempinski kids experience during the brunch promises to be unforgettable. A variety of entertaining and engaging activities, a playroom with colouring books and toys, the latest cartoons and a mini buffet with healthy snacks and juices will be available during the working hours of the Sunday brunch.

The co-author of the Sunday brunch is Gokan Kekec, an experienced executive chef from Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay Bodrum.
