In April 2026, the Latvian airline airBaltic carried 437 400 passengers across its network – a 7% increase year-on-year and the highest April passenger volume in the airline’s history. During the month, airBaltic operated 4 148 flights, marking a 6.2% rise compared to April 2025, while its load factor improved by 0.4 percentage points to 75.9%.

During the first four months of 2026, airBaltic carried a total of 1 481 000 passengers across its network, marking a 5.4% increase compared to the same period last year and the highest passenger volume ever recorded by the airline for the January-April period. Over the same timeframe, airBaltic operated 14 692 flights, up 5.1% year-on-year.

In 2025, airBaltic carried a total of 5.2 million passengers across its network – the highest number the airline has ever transported in a single year. During the year, the company operated 48 300 flights, representing a 3% increase compared to 2024.
