A new 4-star hotel to open in Rīga city centre

In December 2022, ALFOR group will open a new four-star hotel in Rīga on Brīvības street 48/50.

This 4-star hotel with 54 rooms, a restaurant, a roof terrace, and a large public space with artwork from the private collector Jānis Zuzāns, will offer a new, high-end recreational and cultural place for Rīga's guests and residents.
ALFOR group has invested EUR 12 million in the development of the hotel, completely reconstructing the building, which previously was used as an office space.

The facade of the building is a valuable testimony of constructivist architecture, which was preserved and carefully restored. The hotel project, developed by the architect studio FortyFour, will be completed by December 2022 and open doors to quests in March 2023.

In accordance with the latest trends in the hospitality industry, contactless registration will also be available to guests, while the building's operation and systems will be managed by 'smart hotel' technologies.
