This midsummer night fiesta is a celebration of culture and art, of museums and music. Vilnius residents and guests are invited to a cultural nighttime visit of Vilnius, during which they will get dance lessons at night, watch movies under the stars, attend concerts in churches, exhibitions at museums and galleries, as well as fashion shows, laser shows, poetry readings and other types of artistic events in which European and local traditions are intertwined.
Approximately ninety thousand people celebrated Culture Night in 2007 - people who, as cultured guests and not arrogant viewers, fashioned living and creative atmosphere in the city.
