International Ice Sculpture Festival 2014 in Jelgava

International Ice Sculpture Festival in Jelgava is taking place already for the 16th time. Since the festival began it has grown and evolved both artistically and organizationally, gaining recognition and good reviews among international artists and other festivals.

This year Ice Sculpture Festival takes place from 7th to 9th February in Jelgava, Park “Uzvara”.

Many artists from all over the world arrive in February in Jelgava and create ice sculptures, using over 40 tons of ice. In year 2014 more than 50 ice sculptures will be made, this year festival topic is "Wonderland". The Ice Sculpture Festival surprises with spectacular light shows, concerts and firework.
