«Tallink» is hoping to rebuild route between Riga and Helsinki

The Chairman of Tallink Board, Paavo Nõgene, in an interview to Latvian Radio in May 12 stated that traffic between Riga and Stockholm will not be resumed this year.

Because of the Covid-19 damages that are caused to the tourism sector, resuming two routes (Riga-Stockholm and Riga-Helsinki) can be very risky.

As it was very popular in 2020, all the hopes for this summer are for the Riga-Helsinki route.
