Latvian Film Marathon viewed in 38 countries around the world

Latvian Film Marathon happens every year and this year it took place on May 4. 

This year, like the last one, the film festival was happening online due to the pandemic and it was viewed by people from 38 countries around the world. Most of the foreign viewers were from Canada, Germany and the United Kingdom.

It was held on the portal filmas.lv and it started at 11:00 by the local time.

The most viewed film was "Dzimtene/Gimtene" which is Latvian-Lithuanian co-production.
