New shades of Thailand

Tourism Authority of Thailand and 22 Thailand suppliers from various regions in Thailand introduced their offering to Latvian travel trade on a roadshow held in Radisson Blu Latvija on 4 September.

Interest to travel to Thailand is in swift increase in connection with visa freedom for Latvian nationals which stepped into force in April 2019. In addition to destinations already known to Latvian travelers such as Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, Koh Chang, Krabi, Koh Samui many so far undiscovered destinations like Koh Samed, Koh Talu, Khao Sok, Khanom, Koh Kood, Khao Lak and Nan presented their offering. Thai suppliers visit to Riga has thus opened Latvian travellers new interesting travel options in Thailand.
