15th annual International Women’s Club of Riga Christmas Bazaar

A culinary tour of tastes, unique and unforgettable experiences and gifts to buy (pilot a Boeing 737 Flight Simulator with airBaltic), a visit with Santa Claus, a performance by Latvia’s opera star, and much more at the 15th annual International Christmas Bazaar.

The Riga City Council will be the host of this years’ 15TH annual International Women’s Club of Riga (IWCR) Christmas Bazaar to be held on 3rd December, from 11:00 – 16:00, Ratslaukums 1. The Bazaar, IWCR’s major annual fundraising event, is part of Riga City Council’s official Christmas programme.

Don’t miss an exceptional opportunity to taste your way around the world with foods from more than twenty countries. Local restaurants such as Vincents, KITCHEN and Indian Raja, will be serving tasty, seasonal menus, specially created for visitors to the Bazaar at the “Christmas Café”.

From countries in Europe, Asia and The Americas, each will offer a large and rare selection of gifts native to their nationalities. A selection of unique hand-crafted gifts will also be available.

The annual Auction , led by auctioneer, Valdis Melderis from Radio Skonto, will feature fabulous products (LG 32” flat screen TV, Blackberry smart phone from BITE, Frey Willie jewelry, to name a few) and unforgettable experiences, which money just can’t buy! The International Women’s Club of Riga is a non-governmental organization now with charitable status, which was founded in 1991. The membership includes around 100 women representing more than 30 countries; they take an active part in exploring the culture of Latvia and support a variety of charity projects.
