Philosophy and working principles

International SV is a small, but unique restaurant located in a quiet area of Riga city center on Hospitāļu Street 1. It is five minutes away from the city centre, not far away from Arena Riga, the maternity hospital and the main streets of the city – Valdemāra and Brīvības Street. International menu, mini dishes, freedom of choice, original design and service philosophy create new culture of public catering. International SV concept allows focusing on each element of the restaurant. Creation of any mini-dish requires delicate handling from restaurant’s Executive Chef – observance of cuisine traditions of different countries and at the same time the use of modern approach. Attention to details is the key point of International SV service.
